I paid already but my account was not upgraded, why?

Most of the time, your account will be upgraded almost immediately. 

However, sometimes we perform extra security measures by reviewing the transactions manually to prevent fraudulent payments.

- Sign in to your account https://www.star-clicks.com/login

- Go to https://www.star-clicks.com/portal/report-payments 

- Provide details of your payment 

This might take a couple of hours before your account is upgraded. Please be patient and allow some time to upgrade your account in case your account is not upgraded immediately.
