My referral commission was not paid, why?

- First thing, make sure your referral has completed mobile verification. You are not paid if your referral does not complete the mobile verification.

- Also, make sure your referral uses the URL you give them. 

- Sometimes, your referrals do not signup with the exact URL you give them, and our system will not be able to register your referral.

- In case you are 100% sure your referral has completed mobile verification and you were not get paid you would need to email us your referral email address(s), and we will add the commission manually.
