How do I change my name or date of birth?

To change the name or date of birth on your account, just get in touch, sending us the following information: 

1. The reason you would like to change your name or date of birth
2. A scan of a valid photo ID showing your new name or date of birth (a driver's licence, a passport, or any other government-issued photo ID)
3. A scan of a government-issued document showing your name change (e.g., marriage certificate-license, divorce decree) if applicable
